No. There's no per-person licence and no user limits. The price is paid by the provider per site, capped at €89 per month.

We help you propose KITALE to management and the provider. You forward the demo request, we run the demo directly with leadership and, if you want, your data protection officer.
You see only your group's data, other groups are invisible. The provider receives a data processing agreement (AVV). Pedagogical documentation and administration are cleanly separated.
Yes. Child master data, parent contacts, groups, catering partners: we import them together during onboarding. Usually 48 hours until productive go-live.
Most actions also work without a connection; the app syncs as soon as you're back online. Important push notifications are delivered when connectivity returns.
